You’ll learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a focused, beginner-friendly environment—no experience needed. Each session covers essential positions, movements, and simple techniques that build real understanding and confidence over time.

This is not about intensity or competition—it’s about learning at your own pace, feeling comfortable on the mat, and developing a strong foundation.

Whether your goal is self-defense, fitness, or trying something new, this class gives you a clear and approachable starting point.
